How to get Frag Radio to work

Just follow these easy steps.
1.https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
select your operating system
2.you select fp 18 for opera and chromium ppapi
3.install it
4.exit out of steam fully where you'll have to relogin to steam and all
5.open cs go after relogin into steam
6.open console in cs go and type cl_disablehtmlmotd 0

Just so everyone knows, this was chat log messages, not my grammar or anything

have you ever wanted to install the bloatware that comes with any product? yet they're still ticked by default.
