Counter-Strike Global Offensive TTT Server Flashbangs?

Is flashbangs Reason to kill someone? A T flashedbanged me and i killed him... allowed or not

Traitor Acts
Shooting around or towards other players, unless for self defense.
Throwing frag or fire grenades around or towards other players, unless for self defense.
Declaring KOS order on an innocent.
Planting bombs (C4 or Mines) or detonating the jihad vest.
Actively tailing other players with explosive items.
Hiding or moving traitor equipment (C4 or Mines).
Blatantly ignoring or leaving bodies unidentified.
Damaging or killing players using weapons or map objects, unless for self defense

I would assume that throwing defensive grenades such as decoys, smokes, and flashbangs are not considered traitorous acts.
But I haven't ventured into TTT in a while, so I would wait for a member of CS leadership to give their decision on that.

It annoys me when people throw 5 flash bangs at ur feet:/ and you cant do nothing about it

i understand the rules expect this one. Be honest most rule's are the same as any other game. I will say this though the TTT server get's very wild with pubs breaking rule's xD but yea that flashbang one is what gets me

Hey guys, I've gone ahead and made the appropriate change to the rules.

Throwing frag or fire grenades around or towards other players, unless for self defense. (Throwing Flashes or smokes are NOT Traitorous acts.)

Throwing Flashes or smokes aren't considered traitorous or KOS-able. Hope this clarifies things better.
