Promotions can happen at any time(albeit rare), however many people are promoted at once on holidays!

My best advice is just to stay active and helpful, attend events, and recruit your friends!

Promotions are granted to those who are active in TeamSpeak, servers, and forums and who show a level of maturity. Get to know your divisional leadership in TeamSpeak, if we don't know who you are how can we decide whether or not to promote you?!

As an e ranked member, just focus on having fun! That's what we're here for

Just to add to what everyone else said, remember that the goal of joining eGO is not to become an admin - it's all about having fun! Being an admin is just some extra help, but at the end of the day we all just want to play games, makes some friends and have a good time. Stay active, hang out, and eventually you will work your way up! Get involved where you can, there's lots of chances
