I was curious as to who out there is into Amateur Radios. Maybe we could contact each other or get a EGO rag chew or network going.
What radio(s) do you have?
What is your most memorable contact?
What is your favorite mode and band?
Do you do any home-builds?
Anything about HAMing just post it.
Currently I am using a HT Kenwood FH-6A and an old HeathKit HW-100 for HF. I love playing with vintage stuff. I have to admit I'm currently trying to learn my CW so I can make some contacts through that.
So what are you doing with your hobby?
