Counter-Strike: Source Server connection help

Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me.

My husband and I often play on the server together (2 different steam accounts, 2 different computers, same internet). We've always played no problem on the CS source server but today it was disconnecting me when he joined and vice versa. Was there a server change? Or is it a random glitch?

Try adding "-port 27016" to the launch options of CS:S on one computer

tried this, still kicked him off when I connected. I'm wondering if there were any server setting changes done in the last couple days?

I had the same problem with me and my brother connecting to the same server, I'll try and remember what we did to fix it. add me on steam please

solution i found was not using -clientport 27000...

rather use +clientport 27000

so for instance add to the launch for computer 1...
+clientport 27000

pc 2
+clientport 27001
