My daughters pc finally died, she was running my old core 2 duo. I decided to go on eBay to get her a replacement. I purchased a repurposed dell optiplex work station with a i5 2400 processor, 1tb drive and 4 gigs of ddr3-1333. I bought it for $99. I came home from work yesterday and noticed 2 boxes on my front porch. I opened them up and to my surprise, the geniuses I bought it from sent me 2 optiplexes. :O. Now I will have 3 desktops running in my house. Works out great since my oldest daughters laptops died a month ago. Talk about a bargain.

Sometimes it happens. My mom ordered a few things off of Amazon. What arrived at the door was $72 worth of bulk diapers, a box of crackers, and a thing of fish oil. Box had her name on it. Amazon sent her stuff back out, and told her to keep everything that was sent in the first box, they didn't want it back, lol. We gave the diapers away, very happy parents they were.

Not bad. It's good to make use of old hardware! Might not be the latest thing ever but it can get the job done

I have never had that happen but only a delay on my purchases a few times, it is not that bad, maybe they might mess up at some point, they always do.
