Battlefield Division Last Stand/DLC Pickups and vehicles spawning in Lockers?

I have seen several Railguns, plus the RAWR's tonight in Lockers, however it was several different people who all said it spawned in front of them, or on them after reloading. - Plus an (e) saw a DLC ATV spawn in front of him in Lockers. He also reported unusually high ping.
Not sure if it's hacking or if DICE has broken something.
Either way - If someone uses it, I consider it glitching/exploiting and go through the warn/kick/ban process.

DLC weapons are not available on Vanilla Maps. If someone is spawning with them then they should be kicked for server disruption and a ban request placed on them for hacking. Im not sure what you mean by DLC ATV? Commanders can drop ATV's on the lockers maps for use. If you have the names of those using RAWR and Railguns in Lockers please post the ban requests. We have seen an influx of these hackers over the last few days and expect more to follow

The RAWR and Railgun hacks were popular awhile back, then fell off after the novelty wore off. Guess they are back again.

They resurfaced because of inaccurate battlelog reporting, which is where 247/FF pulls their stats from.
