My older brother has been solo queuing for some time now but has become discouraged because he hasn't been able to rank up in the slightest.

He was wondering if there was anyone willing to team up with him to play with him and help him out. He understands the basics and watches a lot of streams but hasn't quite found the luck he's been looking for in people to play with.
