I was gone for literally 6 days and I come back and all the people who I have looked up to for the entire year are now gone... This is unbelievable that this has happened while I was on my cruise, but if there needs to be any help, I am willing to help out.

Nailed it. Can't say it any better. Lots of stuff goes on behind the scenes, but helping on a daily basis takes very little and when enough people do it, we can make the servers and community a great experience.
