True Story

I've had a busy December and January.

1st: My youngest girl (8-year-old) broke her arm snowboarding at Mammoth. I told her "no jumping!" So when I caught her jumping I taught her a lesson by breaking....Actually, let me stop that story right there. The real story is: like most snowboarding injuries it happed when she was going slow. She caught an edge and fell on her shoulder. Ambulance ride, Emergancy room. She is the most popular kid in class now.

2nd. We got a new puppy. A Goldendoodle. I'm going to post a photo of him soon. I did not know what a time sink a new puppy. OMG. It is like having a baby.

3rd. I kept visiting the forums but I didn't know I wasn't logged in. I thought the chatbox was broken and no one was sending me PM's!

Hopefully she didn't say at school that she went slow when she broke her hand and said something James Bond type of story. That's what I'd do Did she let you sign the cast?
And cant wait to see the puppy. And yeah they can be like babies

Thats normal... I have 2 kids and another come to April, time to enjoy our beloved games is a rare thing.

Casts are the most annoying thing ever, I cut mine off when I broke my finger. For some reason the doctors thought a broken pinky finger requires a cast from your fingers all the way to the elbow. Cut it off and used the splint the hospital gave me, worked just fine. Several days now and no pictures of the puppy? What is this!?
