Haven't tried it on Legendary or Expert yet, still trying to get a freaking competent team in random queue to get the 80%+ payload achievement...

I'm taking it it's just the damage is upped in the higher difficulties?

Tried on Hard and normal... We keep getting stuck waiting for the payload.
