Well it has been a while, I stop by from time to time to check notifications and see what's going on in the clan but I have been mostly busy with work and life. Currently working on joining the police force. I past all my tests and am currently awaiting my background check, then it's off to the police academy for me.

So upon returning I noticed the area below my name seems a bit strange... I have no forum badge for my division, instead just plain letters reading OP:X. Seems A lot has changed in my absence, mind you I do not mind being special with a non-existent forum division badge. But I am curious, is there anyone else out there "division-less"?

I believe that is because is there no image for OP:X since the forum upgrade

Short version: OpX turned into the WoW division around the end of 2015, and around August 2016 WoW was no longer a division (still has its own forum & TS channel though)

Also, either at the 'Start of the year' clanwide meeting or one not long before then, leadership announced there'd be a different method of supporting games. Can't remember what was said exactly, but if I recall correctly part of what was said is that we were shying away from labeling supported games as 'Divisions', and now I believe new potential games are dropboxed and then discussed within leadership..?

Don't quote me on that though as, again, could be mistaken with how it was said.

I figured as much but just thought it was interesting I still had the words OP:X under my name. Means there is probably still a listing for it just not a badge in the system.

Division is now handled through MAUL. If you go and look at your division in MAUL it shows OP:X, because of that the forums are assigning you the OP:X badge. Because the image no longer exists on the actual forums anymore, it's showing you the ALT text, which in this case is OP:X. It's simply a fallback for HTML if an image fails to load, the alt text (if assigned properly) is there to tell the user what image is supposed to be there, due to it not correctly loading.
