Battlefield 4 Game refusing to launch

Hey guys, recently I tried to jump onto BF4 to admin our servers for awhile

However, my game refuses to even launch. I repaired the files and whatnot (I really hope I don't have to reinstall, because that would really suck on my internet speeds)

Try the following:

1) reinstall PB
2) attempt to launch a server through in-game browser
3) attempt to launch a server though Battlelog
4) Try to join off a friend who is on the server
5) Launch the game in 32bit / 64bit

If those don't work. Move all your DLC to a seperate folder. Uninstall everything. Install the base game. Copy the DLC back to the new install directory.

I'm just amazed at the amount and frequency of issues this game still has. I'm still crashing after 3 minutes of gameplay about 50% of the time. Basically I'm counting on a new build to solve my issue.
