Any investors here in the eGO community? Real estate, stocks, etc? What do you have and/or what are your plays on the market? I'm building a portfolio which yields a good return on dividends (real estate dividends are high!) and are low risk as well such as BP, AT&T, Apple, etc.
Also purchased a house not too long ago and am currently renting it out. Looking to purchase an apartment/condo locally to rent but Tesla/Google are jacking up property values here and Condo fees are outrageous! I think it's time to move to a southern state lol.
