Good Ping But Computer is Being Choppy

Just got finished setting my computer back up since it was boxed up from moving. Before the move, computer seemed to work fine. After 5 months of being in a box, it not runs very choppy. When I am in DOD, I can be running 30-40 ping but my screen will freeze or be really choppy. Got any suggestions?

Specs? And also have you taken a compressor or a can of air and blown it out since the move.

all the dust built up in your PC can have an effect on how it runs so be sure to clean that out and also try to use Ccleaner to clean out any unnecessary files you may have.
