Anyone know if this ending has been patched out by Bethesda?

So, I'm trying to do the "peace between all factions" ending, that requires a bit of leg work. However, when I give the tape to Sturges after escaping the Institute, I fail the mission Tradecraft from the RailRoad. Then, if I try to complete Shadow of Steele, the Minute Men options go away!

WHAT?! So, has this ending been patched out on Consoles?

It looks like its possible to only have the Institute destroyed with all 3 other factions living and content thats as close as you can get to a peace between all ending

I too am struggling (still) to find a way to complete the game the way you described. I, however, get distracted easily and wonder off doing other pointless things.
