Yes much like last year, we're getting a Lunar New Year event that begins on the 8th of this month. No news that I've found thus far, but you can bet your bottom dollar the previous year's skins/emotes/voice lines/sprays/etc will make another appearance, most likely alongside some new stuff as well.
As for the event mode, I haven't the foggiest. Most of them are special in some way, but CTF was what arrived in last year's event as you know and that's now a standard mode...
