TF2 Spring Recruiting Contest!
New recruits are the lifeblood of our division, and the more recruits we
have the better off our servers are. So for the next month, let's see
how many awesome new people we can bring in! With that said, I am
pleased to announce the TF2 Spring Recruiting Contest!
Recruiting is simple and very rewarding. That's why the Recruiting Coordinators
are throwing in some sick rewards! Here are the rewards for the recruiters with the most points:
Grand Prize: Turbine Torcher Flame Thrower (Field-Tested)
Unusual Effect: Isotope
2nd Place Prize: Unusual Taunt: Battin' a Thousand
Unusual Effect: Holy Grail
3rd Place Prize: Strange Crusader's Getup
4th - 6th Place Prize: 30-Day Dedicated Supporter Lite Codes!

This is a crazy bunch of prizes! How do I participate?
Simple: Recruit! For every person you recruit, you get 3 points in the contest.
You can also rack up a ton of other points by getting your recruits more involved.
The full point allocation is below:
How to get points:
1. Recruit your friends! (3 points)
Refer them to the following link: www.edge-gamers.com/join/
and ask them to refer you. It's super quick!
2. Get them in teamspeak! (1 point)
Have them download the Teamspeak client and connect to ts.edge-gamers.com
using their forum name.
3. Get them verified in teamspeak (1 point)
Have them make a MyTeamspeak account and put that information into
their MAUL profile. Then their tag will show up, and you'll get point!
4. Bring them to an event! (1 point)
5. Bring them to Royal Rumble! (2 points)
On April 9th, 11:59 PM, the person with the most points will win!
A couple notes about rules:
- Each of the above can count for a maximum of one time per recruit.
You don't get a point every time your friend rejoins the royal rumble
after being dominated, sorry!
- Only Team Fortress 2 Division recruits count for this contest.
- All current members and leadership members (with the exception of Minty)
are eligible to claim these prizes. No matter your rank, no matter your division.
- Both Grand Prize and 2nd Place winners are able to opt to choose any prize
of a level below them should they not want their default prize. ie., Grand Prize winner
could instead choose to receive the Unusual Scout Taunt or the Strange Pyro Cosmetic.
So get out there and recruit. Make a difference on our servers, and get yourself
some snazzy prizes in the meantime. Each of you are the reason this community
is so amazing, and we want to share that with the world!
