XenForo has a forum which you have to use if you require help with tranfsering, because I don't know either. What I can do is, make a thread on my own and ask for everyone if you promise me that you change to XenForo


Also, at XenForo you can see the formatting you do, directly and you don't have to click preview page.

Xenforo isn't free, there is a license just like VB. Plus with the amount of integration we already have with VB I don't see the benefits out weighing the cost of time from porting everything to the new forum software.

It is better

and I didn't get a notification that someone posted here, and I don't really want to mess around with settings. XenForo is better it has also ratings and you can add more stuff.

It was already stated we would not be switching forum software. They have made a thread already taking suggestions on improving our site. As stated above, all our plugins and software are completely integrated into vbulletin - even if we wanted to switch, it would be months and months of programming to get to that point. Let alone migrating all our users and threads over, which would be a disaster on it's own.

We have such deep integration with our admin and management systems that require us to stay on our current forum platform. Although XenForo is great and has a lot of nice features, it's simplicity doesn't give us the freedom we need to keep our systems running the way they are now.

I do not know why you guys are so crazed about switching to Zenforo. Personally, I would like to see IPBoard. They have a lot more plugins that you guys would enjoy, but I doubt there will be a switch of forums.

I'm not here talking about what leadership is and isn't doing but I doubt after what 12 years of vBulletin there just going to pay 200$ blindly to hope that Xenforo is the way to go with their license. You are forgetting that Xenforo is just a prettier prebuilt fourm software but it all runs on BB.

If you use Chrome, I believe it will notify you too, it asked me the other day but I didn't approve it. Definitely Tapatalk or setup email notification.
