No matter how much time has passed, you can't RTV. Make it 5 minutes.

I don't think so. Currently there's 4 minutes left of the map and I still can't rtv.

EDIT: No clue when you are able to rtv, but I just tried at like 3 minutes left and it worked.

Still needs a fix, I think

I have access to a server with CS stuff on it. I'l see if this is one of those stuffs to assess the issue.
