At peak time i find way to many cops on. One time i saw 14 cops on duty with 2 ems also on duty. So it a total of 16 first responders on a 32 slot server. That is when you find 3+ cops on a traffic stop for minor infractions. If we can cap it to 5 to 6 cops on duty at a time. While talking about cop i spoke to command and dont think they bother listening but lets stop hiring for prime time and lets start hiring for off time like 1 am est or 4 am est. Server start to die when no cops are on. If we can have cops on all the time they server will neve die. Also improve training.
