Resolved GTA 5 ELS Broken

The current ELS update is problematic. 9/10 times when you're on the server, ELS will just break, and no officers are then able to use their lights to start traffic stops.

When did it begin: Three days ago after the ELS update.
How to reproduce: Play for 30 minutes.
Effects: All LSSD and Hwy Patrol.

I can confirm, as well, that it happens way too often. It's very unfortunate because the new ELS update is awesome.

Last night it was broken for the entirety of my 4 hour patrol PJSalt
