There's no weapons... at all. Including the knife. All you can do is plant the bomb & defuse it.

I think this has to do with another thread about minigame suggestions or something where mp_weapons_allow_map_placed is set to 0 instead of 1.

Yes and it needs to be fixed. It affects a ton of maps. If you win one of the games, usually you'll get a gun to kill the losers. Guess what? Not anymore! So no point in winning.
