Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When going to "Player List" on the server, there are times where you select a player to be muted and the function simply does not work. It will say Muted but the player is not. The only way to Mute a player is to select another player to be muted. If you find the "matching" player to mute, it will mute both the 1st player you tried to mute, as well as the player you muted to mute the other player. Confusing I know.

This is highly frustrating to all players including myself. Can we please get this looked at and taken care of.

Select player and see if it does it. Its hard to replicate when its random

I'm fairly certain that Players List on CSS is bugged and has been for a long time now. This is likely not an issue specific to our server and is more likely to be an issue with the actual game client - something totally out of our control.

No worries! Yeah, this function should be a part of the client and not something the server has control over. Valve loves not fixing old problems
