Cannot create character - All 3 listed as undefined

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Logged into server for the first time. Tried to create new character, but all are listed as "undefined" and cannot be deleted from the list. Inventory does not work as well as other actions due to inability to create character. Asked other players and they said to request a full character reset, so here I am.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Log in to server. Server does not allow character creation + deletion.
