So when you type an offensive word it says " [WARNING] Please be respectful and refrain from using" and the word. Why dont we use this for racist things? First, it would be easier for admins. Second it would keep the server clean.

Its only for some words and it can be bypassed easily, example if "Duck" was a bad word and was restricted people would say "Du ck" D uck " etc etc, cant really be stopped and for the worst words it would just be better to remove them from the server instead of the filter blocking it without any action taken

The whole warning thing, I believe was a pg thing. People in ego don't believe in it, because if a person was going to say a word that is a no-no, if even they don't do it, they don't belong here.

Censor plugins never work... either they're too easily bypassed or overly strict and start censoring words close to anything determined on the blacklist.

well if players is racist they are getting banned, not our fault they just have to learn

Sadly filter plugins are extremely easily avoided by players and can sometimes censor things that aren't bad. Thank you for the suggestion though!
