Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

No one can log onto the Rust server since there was an update sent out for Halloween. When you attempt to connect you will get the following message, "Disconnected: Wrong Connection Protocol: Server update required!"

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

All you need to do is try joining the Rust server.
