Add bhop speed plugin to minigames

Not that it is needed or anything, but I think a lot of people would enjoy having the bhop speed plugin added into the minigames server.

I mean the one that shows the speed in units/second (on csgo bhop i believe we have it)

I believe we are in the process of giving BHop a facelift (per say)!

After speaking with my team, we decided we don't need this. It isn't a BHop server, it is a Minigames server. We aren't there to track how fast we are BHop'ing.
