AFK Bomb drop plug-in disabled

Dust 2

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When the plugins were disabled on the server, the auto bomb drop on AFK players was disabled. Unless an admin is on bomb could be afk the entire round.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Have the bomb carrier be AFK
​

Any extra info we may need to know

Plugin just needs to be enabled again.
​
