Increase lr time

So many wardens try their "best" to get lr in a reasonable amount of time, but on bigger maps or slow days, the Ts who manages to get LR can be stuck with 20 seconds of LR time before the match ends.

My suggestion is if the warden gets LR under the 1:30 mark, there should either automatically add 1-2 minutes to let the Ts get LR time, or start a vote on the server to add in LR time which players would vote on if they want to increase time

Big +1, it usually takes a long time to kill off most of the ts if you are trying to be a fun warden and then the last Ts complain about lr time

-1.

Any warden can choose to focus somewhat on efficiency and almost always get to LR before the 4 minute mark (If they don't know how to, its something you learn over time).

It really does not take that many games to do so, and its doable even without doing non map games on any map. This just makes dead people have to wait longer.

Hence why the vote option exists. And if you believe efficiency leads to 4 minutes it doesn't, being cancer does.

nah he is right you can play what you need to efficiently and still have time you dont have to be cancer, you can be the nicest dude in the world and have an efficiently played round

We ran out of good wardens after the 50% rule change back at the old pG I wanna say early 2017?

I don't know why you need more LR time.

If the CTs take forever to complete a round, that's on them, but Ts can rebel to shorten the round and have a LR who has more time.

I don't think 52 people want a 10 minute round and having to wait as that doesn't sound fun.

Ts rebel
A) no LR
B) no CTs
C) two ts left take 7 minutes just doing custom LRs

CTs taking forever to get lr the two people who actually try to win end up with 30 seconds left

May as well just up the roundtime to 11 minutes at that point because boy do I love waiting 10 years to rebel some more

My Warden statistics say otherwise. So do the ones of:
Jacko Jacko , A ApexLock , Cops, Taco, and some others.

If a warden chooses to have an efficiently played round, they can. It just comes down to how good of a warden they are. Cancer is not the only way to get an efficient round done. Think about it this way: having the Ts bumrush to every marker (or even a location, like I do) is much more efficient than afk freezing in every marker.

C) two ts left take 7 minutes just doing custom LRs

This is delaying.

You're saying regardless of circumstances, it could be warday, hns, some dude sprayed down stack you're saying we should have 11 minutes.

I'm saying only when lr is achieved after 1:30 more time is added so the Ts who achieved it can enjoy their reward, just because you were a trash rebeller and couldn't end the round with your silver aim doesnt mean you can take away what the last two 2 are entitled to.

The last 2 are entitled to nothing. Simply put, having jail focused upon solely last request leads to static, boring rounds. The only action is given to the last 2 prisoners while everyone else sits and waits for them to play gun toss. How exciting.

They followed CT orders and or are good at the games warden chose? It may be boring for the dead, but they're dead for a reason.

It's not possible to be "good" at a luck based game, if any warden plays those.

How Jailbreak is actually played:

CTs goal to win:
Eliminate the Ts via killing rebels or killing them via games

Ts goal to win:
Eliminate all guards or plant and detonate the bomb(old maps)

If CT's get to LR, T's lost. Therefore, they are not entitled to more time, in fact all LR is that they get 1 activity before they're executed and the round ends.

That's what its been for the last 10 years since I started playing. I don't know why people think getting to LR entitles you to more things as a T, you lost, game over, round over, move on.

In my opinion, this is not really needed at all, if you want to have more LR time, wardens should spend less time enforcing cancer commands, I recall times where we just sit in cells giving STs for two minutes or when we just sit in cells for two minutes because CTs love to wait and shoot jumping Ts.

My suggestions:
Do less crouch walk, shift walk and similar commands.
Spend less time freezing/afk freezing in a marker.
Plan accordingly when you need health for a game (for example: if you are on the way to a game and there's health, why not just grab it then rather than going back for it later).
Be less kill hungry!

I disagree that time should be added to the round once lr is achieved.

However I do think a fixed time should be given once lr or even Last CT is activated. The time given will depend on the amount of players alive. Having a fixed time will prevent what you mention in this post (20 seconds to lr) as well as loong booring draawn out rounds.

If CT's get to LR, T's lost.
pG Jailbreak rules state: "A prisoner seeks to win the round either through following orders to achieve Last Request (!lr), or by rebelling" but I really agree with you there. As a CT or Warden if I reach Last Request alive I consider that as a FAT win and have no care for lr round outcome.

See I've noticed that thought of 'We got to LR, Ts win yay!' but that doesn't make sense. Even in CS:S on a few servers I looked at aside from eGO, it was of the mindset of the Ts that 'We have to rebel and kill all the CTs because they're mean and keeping eating all the cake and not sharing any'.

However, it seems that Jailbreak has been warped to 'We got LR, prisoners win. yay!' which doesn't make sense as effectively all your team is now dead and CTs will kill you in LR anyways. I guess you could say winning by the fact they did not die (as dead people lost the round on either team), but objective wise they lost.

Also needs to be enforced to do one thing per LR and try to do faster LRs like all doing climb instead of 1v1 or whatever. Shot4Shot is fine but watching bronze league players duke it out can be very boring. Lastly, last request should really be for the LAST prisoner alive, doesn't make sense if there's two alive which causes more time since each of them are doing different things which both can take too long for the round.

How I imagine Ts when they get to LR:

I'd rather keep what I've been told is the more popular dual LR compared to the singular in the upcoming JB2.0.

We are leaving the time where it is. Be more efficient as a Warden. Make your LRs faster.
