My crazy idea is that on jailbreak after a certain time (ex. 10pm EST) only players that are 18+ years of age may pursue CT/guard. Unless they are mature enough of course.
This is so the big boys that have nothing to do other than play CS:GO jailbreak at night can have fun without coughannoyingcough KIDS controlling us around! I understand if this gets shut down but it's an idea right?
