as ems i do not recieve calls made through the fire/ems app on the phone

pull phone out use ems/fire app

[Summer]

I will look into this soon. Had to make an update on the EMS job so that people weren't respawning randomly.

[UPDATE] This will be fixed once we restart the server again.
