From a civilians perspective

As i am a civilian, i have noticed some things that are annoying about this update, first off the pay from jobs is downright pathetic, at 2k a chicken run its pointless. Also the wait time for entering circles for jobs is absolutely ludicrous having to wait that long. Also the speed fines seem quite steep especially for speed cameras and do not seem realistically priced (racked up 6k in fines within 30 ish mins, although i was driving like an ass). Vehicle prices seem high due to the amount of time needed to get them. I am just from the perspective that grinding for hours for a small amount of money is no fun, as we all know that the truth of what goes on.
So speed fines a little more realistic, reduce the circle wait time (i am aware of cheaters, just ban them if they cheat, they are the ones who would take the huge risk anyways), lower prices for certain vehicles, and increased job pay would all benefit the playing experience for players.

Why not do a full run of chicken? (Filling up the truck it gives you). That's 10k right there.

The entering circles will only be adjusted slightly if at all.

Speed fines are fine. Only way you can rack up 6k of fines is going 40+ over the speed limit. 10-19 over the limit is only $150. This is a lot cheaper than the 450 and 550 tickets that cops can give you.

Point being that it takes so long to gain 100 packaged chicken for 2k while it used to be 10k. And in real life if a speed camera caught someone going 40+ i highly doubt it would be $1000, cool feature would be to add a plate cover to avoid speed cameras for like 10k-20k or something.

Let me make sure I'm clear in my explanation. When I say 40+ I mean over the limit. Not going 41 mph, I mean going 80+ mph in a 40 mph. In that regard you'd be right, it would not be $1000. It could be way more and would also include jail time as that is a misdemeanor offense, depending on the state. Really it is up to the state on what the consequences are. Just so happens, for us, it does total to $1000.

Also, according to our law book, if you are caught by a cop in the server going 40 over the speed limit, you could face jail time or could receive two tickets: Speeding 15+ ($550) and Super Speeding ($850, if not jail time). Do the math, that's $1400. So getting pulled over by a cop and getting these fines would be way more expensive than the speed cameras. Same thing for just 10 over. An actual ticket from a cop for 10 over would be $450 instead of $150 to start. Once it becomes 15 over, it is $550 for the cop ticket.

The economy currently looks kinda whack (in my opinion)
if chicken runs (which was 150k for a full trailer, 150KG) now give 10k per run, and the new car prices are increased by a ton then this seems more like a tycoon or a grindfest, not an rp server. spending hours upon hours to just get that one car instead of RPing during that time
i would understand if it was like pre-reset where you would keep your vehicle no matter what, but having to pay 2million+ for a nice ass supercar that's going to be taken away if you try to play as a criminal also kind of sucks. Basically if you play as a criminal buy a nice car, run from cops then hours upon hours of grinding was for nothing.

It is also important to note that the permanent impound will only be for EXTREME circumstances and I'll be making sure that it is leadership approved to prevent issues. Heres about the jobs. pre-reset you were able to make 100k ( more or less) per hour by doing chicken or probably oil. With the reset (from what i hear) The value of chicken has been increased by 80%? Giving 2k an inventory (100pkgd chicken) instead of 10k for an inventory? i mean, pre-reset it would take you like 20 hours straight to get a bugatti (3mil), and now with is being 2k per inventory instead of 10k would make it.... 20k per hour? this means it would be an insane amount of time just to get a nice supercar in my opinion.
i totally understand that you want for it to not be like pre-wipe where as you could just do chicken for 2 hours and get the "best" car in the game, but this seems like an incredibly low payout with the new car prices

After reading through everything the only thing I could suggest is just re-working the prices of cars. Pre-reset you could make money way too fast, wasnt fun for anyone and nothing really had value. But now that gaining money is a tad bit more of a grind, maybe lower the prices of cars. Nothing dramatic, but some cars are not priced correctly and if they were maybe getting the car you want wouldn't seem like the biggest grind. Not all cars should be changed just a few tweaks, I could see it impacting things positively.

As a side note, what state do you base your speeding laws off of?, being from canada my perspective is likely different on traffic laws and how punishments work.

None specifically. A lot of our laws and punishments are unique to this server.

Its starting to seem this resets main goal was to counter everything that people abused to make it impossible instead of trying to perfect it. Too many fast cars? up the prices and make earning money low as ****. too many people running from cops? make it impossible to go faster than them. Too much speeding? make it impossible to go anywhere without going in deep debt. (which has been adjusted supposedly). really hope these complaints keep rolling in so everything gets ironed out I like the people on this server and wanna continue playing but just cant atm

I'm done with your unnecessary and uninformed complaining. You have barely played on the server and still continue to complain about speed cameras even though you have absolutely no idea if we fixed it or not because you won't take our word for it and haven't played on the server. The next complaint from you that does not provide valuable feedback will ensure you can't play on the server.

If someone can provide us with a full on suggestion with numbers, we will be more than happy to adjust things. Complaining blandly about jobs not paying anything is not productive. Instead, provide a list of jobs and how long it took and how much it paid then make suggestions or point out issues that we can adjust.

I'll discuss with the team about some of the car prices but if players could provide specific suggestions (reasonable), it will help us take action.

Im in the same boat as you currently.
All i am trying to say is that earning one fifth pay compared to pre-reset kinda stunts the pocket books growth dramatically, for example a full load of chicken in the guardian used to net $160k although it took a while, but now that same run would net somewhere near 32k, which that run takes around 1.5hrs or so to complete.
