gaining mistakes during drivers test on fwy w/speedlimiter

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
not sure if it has been fixed already but when i went to try do my drivers license test i was doing good and didnt have any mistakes yet but when i went on the fwy and it tells you the speed limit is 70mph i set the speedlimiter to 70mph but when i hit 70mph i started getting mistakes and ended up with over 20 mistakes because it looks like the speed i was doing was 70-71mph the whole time with the speed limiter on. again i dont know if it was report and fixed already.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
go onto the fwy driving part of the drivers license test and set the speed limiter to 70.
Any extra info we may need to know
