Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Basically after the CSGO update a couple days ago the button that blows up the entire building got enabled again. It was disabled for the longest time because it causes so much rdm every round and it still constantly causes problems and needs to be disabled ASAP. If you don't know what it looks like here is a screenshot of it.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Click your interact button on the button and watch as the entire building collapses to the ground
