Surf ranks reset/1 point per map.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

All the player's ranks are now Unranked, first assumed this was a rank reset but you only get 1 point for each map you complete, making it extremely difficult to rankup. I'm assuming this is a glitch, if not my apologies.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Only get 1 point for beating the maps, all ranks are reset.

This also happens on BHop haven't had the chance to make a report on it but when you play different styles it will give you more points I.E. when I complete a map on low gravity it will give me 51 points instead of 1

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

So when you beat a map on surf (not sure if it does this on bhop as well) you dont get any points unless you get rank 1. After getting rank 1 a few times, I realized i only got 1 point for getting the SR.

Get the Rank 1 time on a map and it only gives you 1 point no matter how many people beat the map

UPDATE:
Apparently multiple players have gotten to the rank "Plebian" (the first rank on Surf) and after getting off for about 20 minutes they reset back to Unranked.

Is there any chance of making Normal mode work as well? Regulars within the server are upset that they lost their rank and don't have the option to attempt and grind for it back due to Normal not allowing us to rank up.

Yes we were discussing switching our database to a more reliable one. However I got extremely busy with school.
