Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
When spawning the 2014 Charger from the police car spawn menu, the normal livery (non-shift commander) is broken.
What should be happening instead?

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Spawn "2014 Dodge Charger" from police spawn menu. Change livery to 1.
