Police Spawn Menu Broke Again

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

-The 2014 Dodge Charger livery is messed up again.
-The 2017 FPIU option still spawns the 2014 Dodge Charger.
-Police no longer have access to spawn all the police cars.

What should be happening instead?

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Have your job set as LEO - Sgt. Try to spawn 2014 Dodge Charger or 2017 FPIU.
