surf_lavaflow does not allow you to finish the map.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The map surf_lavaflow has a platform above the start area on the map that does not allow to reach the ending circle, therefore no one can get times. (Without going into parkour mode, or no clipping, etc). (No one in normal mode).

What should be happening instead?

The platform should be removed from the map so people can reach the end zone.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Head onto surf_lavaflow, complete the map, get the end teleport, go throw, and be stuck.
