People are using noclip to get impossible times on surf

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Recently I have been trying to surf a lot. I have started to realize that some people are somehow beating maps that take me 2 or 3 minutes or 10 or 11 seconds. These times are not possible and are minutes shorter than world records. What the are doing is pausing the run using noclip and going to the last stage.

What should be happening instead?

We shouldn't be allowing this. People need to actually surf to get record times. I don't know how to differentiate real runs compared to spoofs but there are a lot of maps with impossible times.
