Counter-Strike: Global Offensive TTT perma ban

I was recently perma banned for "racism" and micspamming, and while I admit I was micspamming due to my loud mic, I was not racist. A player by the name of Sensei Void was angry at me and called me the n word in chat, and unfortunately there was no admin on to see it. I then copy and pasted his chat again so that a member could see it but I assume this is the reason for my ban, therefore I am contesting it since I was not being racist.
