Disappearance of illegal or non-illegal items from peoples trunks.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
Its seems that for the past week, every time my vehicle has items in it, and I get off for the night and insure that it is in my garage. When I get back on the next day, my vehicle is completely empty.
What should be happening instead?
This should not be happening at all. Items that we work hard to obtain should not disapper.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Simply fill a car with items, place it in your garage, and check it the next day.

I'm not sure if people are doing the glitch of exploiting licence plates or what it may be... but it is getting ridiculous that I have lost over 600k worth of turttle. If you need further information, feel free to ask.
