Poison effects remain after damage ends.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When a player is shot by the poison gun the green player model and low gravity effect remains after poison damage has passed.

Edit:
Attempted to replicate again and everything worked as normal. The first time myself and another player had this issue.

What should be happening instead?

The green player model and low gravity effect should be removed after poison damage has ended as they are no longer poisoned.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Shoot another player with the Traitor's poison gun and wait for the damage effect to end.

This indeed happens on rare occasions. Cannot pin-point what the cause of this is.
