dodgeball with no ball

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
When using the lr dodgeball, the longer the game takes, the more likely for one person to stop getting decoy grenades is.
What should be happening instead?
the dodgeballs(decoy grenades) shouldn't stop spawning in the players inventories
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
-play dodgeball
-miss because the hitboxes are broken
-run out of decoy grenades

This bug has been around for a long time and I wouldn't be suprised if another thread already covers it
