Bhop server is broken. Cant move, etc

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The bhop server spawns you in, then makes you unable to move around with WASD, you can crouch and jump but nothing else. RTV'ing did not fix it.

What should be happening instead?

We should be able to hop around

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Join the server, Not sure if it will fix itself but it has been like this for 2 maps.

Doesnt seem to matter how many people are online. If a person spawns, they will spawn on top of you, or in you, still unable to move. !style !bonus, etc also seem to be broken and !vip isnt working either. https://youtu.be/UeMt-8Td49I
