Is there anything that I can do for the community? I?m sick of just waiting for my moment to do something when I want to work and put in the effort for you guys now. I might sound like a jerk, but I want to work and help out. That?s why I joined the community. I feel useless. Like a job or work in a certain eGO department?

Something I did for a very long time: Recruiting !

All you have to do is talk with people who seem mature, fun and eGO-friendly. Convince them to sign up on the website and apply.

1) Notice someone on the server who uses his microphone in an intelligent and mature way
2) Add him on Steam
3) Give him the link of the website with details about how to apply
4) Stand by ready to answer his questions
5) Strongly recommend installing TeamSpeak3 and give him our TS3 adress
6) Give him the links Thorium just gave you a few posts above, when he's done applying


The more you recruit, the more friends you can invite when you're alone on a server

I know its been suggested, but recruit. i am one who can say, back in pG when i recruited loads of people, i actually ended up making a best friend i am still friends with for 3 years now. So why miss the opportunity to make a close connection like that?

Besides that, reporting players who are breaking the rules. Just have fun besides that.

As you can go through those very forums links and use them to gain an idea of something that would most benefit your needs. A good thing to do is just help out other users in the community, hence trying to the best of your ability to answer questions that are presented to you.

Starting off from pG days I would say definitely recruit players that are active, mature, and would like to become apart of eGO. As stated by one of our members, heidi , you can help keep the servers clean and report players that are rule breaking.

Besides that, reporting players who are breaking the rules. Just have fun besides that.

When you're recruiting someone also try to get them to introduce themselves into the community and give them a glimpse or a walkthrough of things they can do here. Make sure to also pop in Teamspeak if possible and just make some friends too; also never forget to try to join the events that are hosted for Counter Strike (Being your division) or join other events that are going on in the community.
