Question about set up

Hey guys in css wat should i put my cl_cmdrate/cl_updaterate/rate?

and another thing, the server will not let me set my rate/updaterate/cmd rate. It wouldnt be a problem but it sets them up wrong for some reason... (rate:14500/cmd:50/update:50.
Is there anyway to stop it, because i cant hit anything with my setting like this...

I set my rates based if I'm lagging, the server doesn't seem to be restricting me though.

Update your config to 101 MostlyHarmless, however it won't matter the server rates are lower than that and needs to be fixed!
