You can call SD into the round

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

You cna call an SD at any point during the round. Not only if you call one it ruins the round, if you call it during LR it completly breaks the server, and keeps the pre-sd things (like not being able to attack, the map being dark, etc)

What should be happening instead?

There should be a cap on calling an SD, so you can't call it during
​
