Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The Knife is the Weapon of choice for most people on the server and people who haven't played on the server or read the rules don't realize that they aren't allowed to knife in the lobby or they do realize they aren't supposed to knife but they think its a joke but either way this shouldn't be happening and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible now I don't know how these plugin things work but you guys should try testing them out on a private server before adding them to the actual server but what do I know I'm not the person in charge of this so if this can be fixed soon id really appreciate it <3

Players not spawning with knives at the start of a round or turn off player damage before a certain time if possible

There's not really a process to recreate it. it just happens at the start of a round
