Don't forget that even admins are there to play the game more than anything else. And when there isn't one around, solicit help from the enemy...they're going to hate rapers as much as you do. You can take me word on that.
You can also just do what I do....go into Teamspeak and find someone with full eGO admin privileges, usually Beemermarine, and leave a message in their personal chat. Beemer usually shows up within minutes, and most of these guys will be johnny on the spot if you give them a chance.

Sorry Gotcha47, if I was on and did nothing it is because I am only an "e" right now. And I am playing with ear buds, UGH...
Plus I have been gone far too long and must re-train before I get my eGO status back.
Remember:
an "e" is in training to become a Full admin, this is the first step. This rank has no formal tools to control the game besides chatting like other players. For all purposes this is just a player like you. But, at this level, this player is working to get to know Full "eGO"s who do have the power to react to situations. This player is building their admin network and learning where the tools are for doing his job "if" he becomes and admin. This player is striving to improve the server, to learn the ropes, watching and progressing.
an "eG" has a few more tools, but is still not an admin. Every stage has steps you must climb to get there, this level is the steps to that goal.
a Full admin, "eGO", is what I believe you are referring to, has the power to kick, ban, mute, switch, auto-kill entire squads, and other tools during the game. OK, the auto-kill thing is a joke...or is it? Mwahahahahahaaaa
But as always, a warning must be given first before action is taken. Warn, Kick, Ban. That process is highly regarded here at eGO. Unless of course the rule(s) being broken are one of our immediate kick or ban rules. For example: Racism is one of those.
Do what "Tikkun Olam" has stated. Become a friend of eGO and help us by using our online tools or Teamspeak to report punk players.
On a lighter note:
You have been on the server far too long to not know how to report punk players yourself using the eGO "request Ban" thread.
I would do that if you have the time. I know it sucks to have to log out (if you don't have multiple monitors), and make the report, then jump back in game.
But trust me, it helps. When you do this it helps to build a history for those players who break the rules. And at some point, if the rule breaking player gets reported enough, will be removed permanently.
Also, stay away from me with that tank...unless you are on my team...I suck just as bad as I did a year ago.
